Our unique 2800 square foot 72-seat facility is available for use by others. As our schedule
permits, renters can enjoy the benefit of our intimate facility. It comes complete with sound and lighting capabilities, and a technician. Our
reasonable rates are as follows:
(Based upon a 4-hour minimum to 5-hour maximum period)
Monday through Thursday (as available) $300
Friday through Sunday (as available) $400
Purchase of date already scheduled as a Broadway Onstage performance
(as available) $700
